Keyword matchers count words. CandidThread reads each requirement in the job description (must-haves, nice-to-haves and duties) and looks for proof in your resume and stories: a bullet, a degree, a certification, your right to work. Each covered requirement shows the line that proves it.

How do I tailor my resume to a job description?
List the job’s requirements, find proof for each in your experience, then rewrite your summary and the most relevant bullets so that proof is easy to see, in the job’s own words where they’re true for you. Cut what doesn’t help. CandidThread does the listing and matching for you and suggests the rewrites; you decide what goes in.
Will a tailored resume get past applicant tracking systems (ATS)?
All 8 templates export text that applicant tracking systems read in order, in PDF and Word. Tailoring helps because the requirements you really meet are stated plainly, in the words the job uses.
Does the AI add skills I don’t have?
No. It rewords and reorders what’s in your resume and stories. It can’t add employers, dates, numbers, tools or results. For a requirement you don’t meet, it tells you not to claim it and what related experience to mention instead.
