Questions about plans
What counts as a tailored job?
A job counts the first time in a month you tailor a resume, write a cover letter or get likely interview questions for it. Doing more for the same job that month doesn’t count again. Saving jobs and checking how your stories cover them are always free.
What happens when I reach a limit?
Nothing you’ve written goes away, and everything else keeps working. That allowance comes back on the 1st of the month.
Can I cancel Pro?
Yes, from Account, in a couple of clicks. Pro lasts to the end of the period you’ve paid for, then you’re back on Free with everything kept.
Where can I buy Pro?
For now, in the United States, Canada, Australia and New Zealand, paying in US, Canadian, Australian or New Zealand dollars. We aren’t able to take payments from the UK or the European Union yet. Free works everywhere, with the same features and the same AI.
Can I get a refund?
Yes. If Pro isn’t for you, ask within 7 days of your first payment and we’ll refund it in full. After that, cancel any time and Pro lasts to the end of the period you’ve paid for. See the terms.

The Free plan is the trial: no card, no time limit. Upgrade when your search picks up.
